Regarding the presentation, I think we will use the old powerpoint slide we presented to Ms Joyce Lee last semester. We will use that powerpoint as it would be useful for our explaination. We has not presented this powerpoint to Ms Lim. So, I think we can take this chance to present this powerpoint slide to her.
During the presentation, we will take turns to present the documentary and powerpoint. Han will be excused from presenting the documentary and powerpoint as he was not in our class for the last semester. Of course, he will be assigned with a task. He will have to start the presentation. For example, ‘Good morning/afternoon ____’, followed by introducing our group members. For the rest, we will have to choose the part of documentary or powerpoint slides, each of us would like to present.
Bala, Wendy and I will be presenting the documentary film, while Bruce and Phan Chong will be presenting the powerpoint slides. As stated, Han will be introducing us.
Is this fine with everyone? If you want any changes, please tell me.

I think we should present the photo journal as well.
I think Phang chong and I should present the video because we took most of the video taking process.

Furthermore, I think the powerpoint is too much, we need to cup down some of the slides so that we can finish everything within 15 mins.

As for the power point slides, i think that there were too much slides to complete within the time given.. Therefore, i suggest that we remove some slides by having only those that is the main objective.

I think we should come out a time-table or list of procedure that must be done during the presentation (example; What is the duration of time needed to present the documentary and power point so that the whole presentation could end on time).

i think me and zi lu should present the documentry and jia huan ,wendy and bala should present the power point as it would be easier for our group members.futhermore zi lu and i will be familar with what we are presenting.i wil be presenting the Narrator part in the documentry and zi lu will be presenting on why did he use the angles on the documenttry and why did he choose to flim these part of the documentry.beside that i think it is good to present our photo journalism on what we have done during the holiday if we got enough time after presenting the documentry and the powerpoint.

I think we should use 7mins for the video, 5mins for the ppt and 3 for the reflection. If we have enough time, we can show some of the posts in the blog.

Tomorrow will be our group’s presentation.
We will start with our introdution by Han.
Then, the ppt will be presented by Bala, Jia huan and Wendy.(5 min)
After that, Phan chong and I will continue with the documentary.(8 min)
Last, we will talk about the reflection of the video.(2 min)
